You have 6 months or 180 days from when we ship your order to use your product and let it work for you. And like so many of our happy customers, we know you'll love it and happily order more each time you run out.
We suggest you take the product for as long as possible and then contact us for a refund. It is your right to make the most of your extended warranty to ensure the product has time to work. We welcome you to do that. But if you don't love the experience and results you get, you can contact us for a refund.
Make sure to go through the three easy steps below to get a refund for your order.
If your order shipped out in 6 months, make sure you are still in the 6-month guarantee period. If you don't recall when that was look in your email for your ship date or look at your order confirmation.
Please send us an email so we know you're asking for a refund. This step is crucial. Don't forget to put "Refund Request" in the subject of your email to save time and get the right person.
Please send us all your bottles (open & empty) to our return address below. There is no return label to get and you need to pay postage. Please send us the return tracking ID so we can treat you fast.
Add a note to your order with the following:
Your full name
Your order number (you will find this in your email).
Your order email address (we use this to process your order).
Return address: 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278, USA.
So make sure you have contacted us and an agent confirms before returning your order. If not, your return may be difficult to find and delay your refund.
You'll get a 100% refund after we receive your returned order and register it. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. 5-10 days — usually, it shows up on your bill.
